Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At BEYOND! Lux Experience, each appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to change or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee will be automatically processed using the card on file. Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked or serviced.
